Quraan: Ch 68 Ayat 4
'AQLAAQ', from this above Ayat, is given utmost importance in the life of a Believer (Moumin).
'Huquq ul Ibaad', the duty of a believer towards Allahs creation in fulfilling their rights, can only be fulfilled when 'Huquq Allah', the duty of the believer in fulfilling Allahs Right, leads him towards 'Khuluqin azeem' which means 'an exalted standard of character'.
This is Islaam, and then one can be termed a 'Muslim' and 'Moumin'. They in truth are those who have submitted to Allah.
Mazhar Ali Khan takes us back into time when he gives us the example of the Believers and how they followed the Prophet(SAW) about whom the Quraan says...
'And Verily, you (O Muhammad) are on an exalted (standard of) character'.
